His extensive, hands-on field and executive experience serves as the foundational pillar for Megaleio's specialized service lines.
Prior to founding Megaleio, Kwaku served as Country Manager and Project Cost Controller for Exceed Well Management Ghana Ltd / Exceed Torridon UK, where he directed multi-million dollar national operations, maintained rigorous statutory compliance, and supported high-stakes project cost control activities for major campaigns across Ghana, Namibia, and the wider sub-Saharan region. Notably, he successfully managed local operations for the landmark Aker Energy drilling campaign.
Kwaku is a PMP certified energy professional whose career spans over 15 years of hands-on experience in Ghana's oil and gas, maritime, and logistics sectors. From coordinating offshore safety training across West Africa, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East, to leading country-level operations for international energy firms, he has consistently delivered results in complex, high-stakes environments.
With a strong track record in QHSE management, regulatory compliance, local content strategy, and business development, Kwaku has worked alongside major operators including Aker Energy, ENI, and Tullow Oil, and has brokered joint ventures with global firms such as Maersk Training and Heliconia. His deep familiarity with Ghana's Petroleum Commission framework positions him as a trusted bridge between international operators and the local regulatory environment.
